Description 500ml. Bot eggs when ingested by your horse can cause a whole host of problems including loss of condition, a dry coat, increased temerature, restlessness and lack of appetite. The primary function of Bot Egg Remover is to stop the bot egg cycle at source by deterring your horse from ingesting eggs. In a quick and easy to use trigger spray application, it is the modern alternative to a bot knife. Bot Egg Remover will: Destruct the larvae inside the egg Inhibit ingestion of the eggs with Bitrex to stop horses licking affected areas. Assist in the detachment of eggs by breaking down the adhesive to which the eggs attach themselves. (Please note that some eggs will be easier to detach than others due to the level of protein adhesive). Create a barrier to inhibit further egg attachments for up to 5 days (dependent upon local circumstances)
